How to combine the love of sweets and professional dental ethics? It's very easy to go on an excursion to one of the oldest confectionery factories in the country! Our friendly team of the dental clinic recently made an exciting journey into the world of chocolate and sweets, visiting the legendary Minsk factory "Kommunarka".
Our immersion into the world of confectionery art began not with workshops, but with an amazing story about the most important ingredient — cocoa beans. We learned that the future chocolate is born on tall cocoa trees in the tropics, that each pod is harvested by hand, and the process of fermentation and drying of grains is a whole science.
The most long—awaited part of the tour is the tasting! In a cozy atmosphere, we were treated to fragrant tea and, of course, Kommunarka products.
After the reinforcements, we went to the holy of holies — the production workshops. We were guided through a real "sweet" conveyor belt.
We not only tried and watched, but also listened. We were told the rich history of the factory, which began its journey back in 1905. This is a story that you can really be proud of.
According to tradition, no one left the factory empty-handed! Each of us received a branded sweet gift — a large beautiful package with the best products of the factory. This delicious souvenir was the perfect end to our trip.
