DECEMBER 31 (Wednesday):
• The branch at 13 Moskovskaya Street (paid services) is open until 18:00.
• Branch at Voronyansky, 50/2 — open as usual until 21:00.
JANUARY 1, 2, 3, and 4 are public holidays.
Exception:
on January 3 (Saturday), from 9:00 to 15:00, the budget department at Voronyansky 50/2 will be open for emergency care.
Scheduled admission resumes on January 5 (Monday).
