A planned object training on civil defense was successfully conducted on the territory of the 5th City Dental Clinic. The event was aimed at developing the organization of protection of medical workers in the event of natural and man-made emergencies in peacetime and wartime.
The object training was conducted in order to consolidate the practical skills of the management staff, as well as to check the team's readiness for operational and coordinated actions in the face of various threats.
The exercises were organized in three stages:
The first stage was an Introductory briefing. A detailed instructional session was held with all participants of the training. Employees were reminded of the procedure for responding to warning signals, basic methods of protection and rules of conduct in various emergencies, and portraits of people who are most often responsible for fires or deaths on the water were described.
The second stage is to work out the actions of the management team. At this stage, a complex operational situation was simulated. The management and management body of the State Emergency Service and the GO enterprise have worked out algorithms for decision-making, coordination of interaction between departments and organization of personnel protection measures.
The third stage is the practical development of introductory courses. A key element of the training was the practical elaboration of the introduction of various degrees of readiness for civil defense.
Following the training, a positive assessment was given to the actions of the staff and management staff. All the set goals have been achieved. Such events are an integral part of maintaining a high level of preparedness for any emergency situations.
