At the "Formula of Love" round table, which took place on December 19, young people gathered to understand the complex arithmetic of modern relationships. Instead of lectures, there was a lively dialogue, where statistics and personal experience formed the basis of a common conclusion.
Briefly about the main thing
Figures and reality: The participants confirmed the trend towards later and conscious marriages. Family remains an important value, but its "creation" does not begin with a stamp, but with checking the compatibility of views, ambitions and willingness to be a team.
Generational challenges: Three issues have come into focus: 1) online life, which often replaces deep communication with superficial likes, 2) the balance between "us" and everyone's personal space, 3) the pressure of economic uncertainty on plans for the common future.
Generation comparison: Young people noted that their formula differs from the “parent" one. If debt, stability, and living together were often the main things for the elders, then emotional intimacy, support for personal growth, and honest dialogue came first.
Own formula
The main result was a collectively derived formula that reflects the modern youth view of strong relationships.:
LOVE = RESPECT + SINCERE DIALOGUE + COMMON GOALS × PERSONAL FREEDOM
The multiplication by "personal freedom" is not accidental here: the participants agreed that it is the opportunity to grow as a person without breaking the bond with a partner that makes a relationship stronger and more valuable.
The outcome of the discussion: For this generation, successful relationships are not a ready—made recipe, but a dynamic formula. It needs to be constantly "recalculated" with your partner, filling it with common meanings, but preserving your "I".
